Letter Writing

In class we have been learning to write letters and ask questions. We walked down to the shop and posted them last Friday. We’re hoping we will get some letters sent back to us too. Jackie our local postie also visited our class.

Our letters were sent all over New Zealand and as far away as Australia and France.

We have a great time with Nathan on Monday afternoons.  This term we are learning all about running games.

We had a school visit from the Waimea College Orchestra today.

Making a Difference to our Place

We've got the Whole World in our Hands! Respect Environment and make a Difference.

For maths on World Enviro Day we surveyed the school to see how many students walked, scootered or biked to school. We awarded Room 10 the 'Feet First Award'. 

We need to make sure we use the right bins at school. We need to reduce, reuse and recycle!
